Mr. Wolfe joined NorthMarq Capital in September 2003 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) where he was employed since 1997. Mr. Wolfe is currently Vice President in NorthMarq’s Atlanta Regional Office. His production responsibilities focus on loan production for the insurance companies, conduits, and pension fund investors that NorthMarq represents, as well as joint venture/equity arrangement for various NorthMarq clients’ projects throughout the Southeast. Mr. Wolfe brings 27 years of industry experience to the table having held previous positions in commercial real estate lending with GE Capital Real Estate, Western Mortgage Corporation and Equitable Life Assurance Society of the U.S. Mr. Wolfe holds a BBA degree with Real Estate major from Georgia State University. |
