Randy Wiese joined CSG Systems in 1995 and is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in addition to his role of chief accounting officer and assistant corporate secretary. Wiese has responsibility for all accounting and related functions financial forecasting and budgeting; and internal and external financial reporting including Securities and Exchange Commission regulatory filings. Wiese also is responsible for maintaining adequate internal controls over the accounting and financial reporting functions mentioned above. In addition Wiese works directly with CSG’s Audit Committee independent auditors and director of internal audit as part of his responsibilities.
Prior to joining CSG Wiese was manager of audit and business advisory services and held other accounting-related positions at Arthur Anderson and Company. Wiese is a member of the AICPA and the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. |
