Randy Hulce is our Vice President of Asset Management and has been employed with Sunstone Hotel Properties, Inc. since June of 2006. Previously Mr. Hulce was President of Executive Guidance, Inc., a hospitality consulting practice. Mr. Hulce is a multi disciplinary career veteran whose background includes; asset management, multi unit hotel operations, sales and marketing, franchise development, hotel acquisitions and dispositions. He was also the President of the Lessee and Management Company for Sunstone’s predecessor from 1997-1999. Mr. Hulce has a B.S. degree from Western Michigan University, attended Law School at Memphis State University and has an M.B.A. from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. |
