In his three years with Raving Brands, Randy Hollingsworth has rapidly advanced his responsibilities from a business consultant to vice president and brand leader for PJ’s Coffee and Planet Smoothie. Hollingsworth oversees all aspects and operations of the PJ’s and Planet Smoothie brands and systems and plays an active role in daily operations. He leads all areas of the PJ’s and Planet Smoothie business including corporate strategy, marketing, finance, franchise support, training and customer service. Additionally, he played a key role in managing Planet Smoothie’s partnership with Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip in 2006. He also helped launch enhanced concept Planet Smoothie Café in 2005. Formerly, Hollingsworth served as director of store development for Raving Brands, where his responsibilities included developing vendor relationships and determining brand standards. Before joining Raving Brands, Hollingsworth was a general manager for Hooters of America, Inc. where he was wholly responsible for restaurant facility operations. Hollingsworth, who lives in Atlanta, earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Georgia. |
