Randy Grudzinski, Senior Vice President Capital Markets for GK Development, Inc. where his responsibilities include attracting and structuring institutional, retail and individual investment for the firm’s private real estate funds and associated acquisitions. Prior to his tenure, Grudzinski was the President of InvestLinc Capital Services and InvestLinc Securities the merchant banking and broker-dealer divisions of this boutique financial services firm where he oversaw the syndication of over $100 million of retail fund and private equity investments across six private funds and over a dozen structured financings for emerging - growth companies. Previously, Grudzinski served as Principal in the Chicago Offices of two strategic consulting firms - Diamond Technology Partners and Kuczmarski & Associates- as well as Senior Vice President and founding member of DigitalWork.com, a Draper Fisher Jurvetson - backed provider of online small business services. Grudzinski is a High Honors graduate of JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management a Northwestern University, where he acts as guest lecturer at both Kellogg and the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. In addition, he is also a graduate of DePauw University and the London School of Economics, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Mathematics.
