Randy has extensive experience in Internet Protocols and network communications architectures, specializing in broadband access. He is responsible for SkyPilot's mesh architecture, communications protocol, and standards participation including 802.11 (Wi-Fi) and 802.16 (WiMAX). Prior to SkyPilot, Randy held positions as Chief Technology Officer at UltraDevices and Chief Systems Architect at Com21 where he was responsible for overall system architecture and next generation product design. He was also a Member of the Technical Staff at ITT Aerospace/Communications Division, responsible for battlefield dynamic wireless mesh systems. Randy holds Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering degrees from Stevens Institute of Technology. |
