Randy Fink is responsible for brokerage, property management and development projects throughout the Charlotte region with a special focus on infill projects. Randy’s brokerage portfolio includes infill office buildings in Cotswold and Uptown Charlotte, where his creative and aggressive marketing brought stubbornly low occupancy levels to 100% after just nine months. Another of Randy’s leasing projects, Whitehall Professional Center, is a 60,000 square foot professional and medical office project that is part of the larger Whitehall Mixed-Use project in South Charlotte.In addition to brokerage services, Randy’s responsibilities include management of several commercial buildings and property owners associations, an approach to ongoing service that Merrifield Partners provides to protect its clients' investments. Randy’s experience after the sale provides valuable insight into a prospect’s office search.Randy’s expertise with urban infill projects extends to a new for-sale multifamily development currently underway in Charlotte’s Arts District (NoDa). The Newco Fibre project on 35th Street is the first step towards redevelopment of a former warehouse property in the heart of NoDa’s transit corridor.Prior to joining Merrifield Partners in 2006, Randy worked for Grubb Properties, a private real estate development company, where he focused on large infill and mixed-use projects. Randy previously served in various senior staff roles with federal political campaigns, as a management consultant in Shanghai, China, and in project management at Bank of America. Randy has an undergraduate degree from Duke University and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Development from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Randy is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina, and is active with the Urban Land Institute, the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS, and other industry and community organizations. |
