Randall Adams, Executive Vice President, has eleven years of experience specializing in management, data and item processing and telecommunications operations. His consulting activities include project management, system capability identification, operations improvement strategies and system conversion management in financial institutions for in-house and third party service providers. While at Prime Bank, he was responsible for Quality Assurance, system conversions, electronic federal tax payment systems and training back-office staff on continuous improvement philosophies. Previously, at First Heights Bank, he was responsible for start-up in-house item processing and proof department as well as strategic planning for all back-office functions. At First of America Bank, he significantly improved quality of the wire transfer department, implementing an on-line adjustment system, evaluated and implemented float improvement strategies, managed item processing and participated in strategic planning and implementation of corporate telecommunications network. Mr.Adams received his BBA in Marketing and Finance from Western Michigan University. He has conducted various training sessions for banks in areas of bank operation and has completed various American Institute of Banking courses. |
