Randy Strandberg is a principal in the tax service area of EKS&H and has been involved in public accounting since 1978. Randy focuses primarily on business entity taxation in the natural resource and service sectors. Randy works extensively with taxable and pass-thru publicly and privately held businesses and their owners, from formation through dissolution. He also assists many companies and individuals in the evaluation, design and implementation of taxable and tax-free asset and entity purchases, sales and exchanges and entity liquidations. Randy received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting from Colorado State University in 1978 and his Masters in Taxation degree from the University of Denver’s College of Law in 1991.
