Dr. Graves joined DayStar director in October 2003, was appointed to Lead Director in October 2006 and in January 2007 he was appointed Chairman of the Board.
From 1991 to 2005, Dr. Graves has served as Executive Consultant with Graves Technology Inc. and since 2002 has served as the acting Chief Financial Officer of Eurotech, Ltd. Eurotech is a public company that acquires, develops and markets chemical and electronic technologies and products for use in environmental and security markets. Dr. Graves previously served as Eurotech’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and prior to joining Eurotech was the President of Graves Technology, Inc. Dr. Graves was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic Multisoft Corp., a Research Leader at NASA Langley Research Center, and Director, Aerodynamics Division, at NASA headquarters in Washington, D.C. Dr. Graves received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, his Master of Management from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, and his D.Sc. from George Washington University. |
