Randall Wick joined Emulex in June 2002 and serves as vice president and general counsel. Mr. Wick is responsible for strategic contracts and ensuring Emulex’s compliance in all legal matters. Mr. Wick is admitted to practice law in the state of California and holds a juris doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota.Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wick served as vice president, chief operating officer and general counsel of TelOptics Corporation, a high tech privately held company, since November 2000. The prior year he served as a legal consultant for his own firm. Previously, Mr. Wick held the positions of vice president and general counsel for Samsung Electronics America, Inc. from 1998 to 1999 and AST Research, Inc. from 1990 to 1998. |
