Randall Silver serves as OMS’ Vice President of Finance. At OMS, Randall is responsible for all of OMS’ accounting activities including compliance and controls, financial reporting, as well as financial standards, planning and financial support. His other responsibilities include managing all accounting and financial functions, monitoring cash flow, managing the annual budget, while auditing and maintaining both banking relationships and accounting relationships.
Randall brings to OMS over 12 years of comprehensive financial management and accounting experience with a broad background in treasury and cash management. A seasoned finance executive with a wide range of experience at several well-known finance companies, Randall has firmly established extensive relationships with all major financial institutions. Before joining OMS, Randall held positions with Eisner & Lubin, LLP and Federated Financial Corporation. Randall holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and economics, with honors from Queens College. |
