As President of Sunrise Company, Randall Bone brings more than 15 years of hands on experience in the development of more than $2.5 Billion dollars in real estate projects and has a diverse and extensive education from the country’s best educational institutions. Starting his career in construction, Mr. Bone moved through the critical path of project management, finance and new project start ups, gaining extensive experience in each aspect of the project development cycle. He has been responsible for the start up and management of both international and domestic projects. Mr. Bone is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and serves as Chairman of the Recreational Development Council and as a member of the Leadership Group. Mr. Bone graduated Cum Laude from the University of California at Los Angeles with dual B.A. degrees in Economics and Philosophy, with departmental honors, while minoring in Physics. Mr. Bone later received his M.B.A. with High Distinction as a Baker Scholar from The Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration
