Since January 1, 2001, Mr. Hogan has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Hogan became Chairman of the Board on May 1, 2002. From December 1999 through December 2000, Mr. Hogan was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. From March 1998 to December 1999, he was Executive Vice President and President of the Company’s Electrical and Electronic Enclosures Group. From February 1995 to August 1997, he was President of the Carrier Transicold Division of United Technologies Corporation.
Formerly Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Hogan joined Pentair as Executive Vice President, and President of the Electrical and Electronic Enclosures Group. Prior to joining the company, he was President of United Technologies' Carrier Transicold Division. Before that, he was with the Pratt & Whitney division of United Technologies, General Electric, and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Hogan holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Texas |
