Randall D. Zomermaand has served as WellCare's Senior Vice President since May 2003. During his tenure with WellCare, Mr. Zomermaand successfully oversaw WellCare’s acquisition and integration of Harmony Health Plans, our Illinois and Indiana health plans. Mr. Zomermaand is currently serving as interim Chief Operating Officer of our Indiana operations. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Zomermaand was an independent consultant with expertise in managed healthcare, physician network management, information technology, and durable medical equipment. Earlier in his career, Mr. Zomermaand worked with PCA Health Plans of Florida, Inc. as Vice President of Quality Management, and served as senior manager of corporate banking relationships of Citicorp/Citibank. Mr. Zomermaand has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Business from Hope College, Holland, Michigan and his MBA from Fordham University. |
