Randy is a director of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. His practice is concentrated in various business fields including professional corporations, mergers and acquisitions, health care law, and closely held corporations.
He is a frequent lecturer on such topics as health care law, business succession planning, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
An Alliance, Ohio native, Randy is an honor graduate from Mount Union College and the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
He serves as Vice-Chairman of the Stark Development Board, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Sky Trust. Randy also serves as Secretary and as a member of the Board of Trustees of Mount Union College, and as Chairman and a member of the Board of Trustees of Stark State College. In addition, he serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Greater Canton Area Chamber of Commerce.
Randy is the former president of both the Alliance Community Hospital Board of Trustees and Alliance Citizens Health Association Board of Trustees, and is past president of the Greater Alliance Development Corporation. In addition to his civic involvement, he is also active in various professional associations including the Stark County Bar Association Corporate and Real Estate Committees, and the Society of Ohio Hospital Attorneys. Randy had been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America ® 2008.
Randy and his wife, Ann, reside in Alliance, Ohio with their three children, Christopher, Matthew, and Stephanie. |
