Randal Ivor-Smith is an associate in the firm's Los Angeles office where he practices in the Litigation Department. Mr. Ivor-Smith has a diverse commercial litigation practice, including breach of contract, business torts, real estate and employment issues. Mr. Ivor-Smith also has experience in the area of intellectual property litigation.
Educational History:
Mr. Ivor-Smith received his Juris Doctor degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University California, Berkeley, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a National Merit Scholar, was Vice President of the Liberal Arts Council and a member of the Mortar Board Honors Society. |
