Rand Zimmerman began his association with Stewart in 1971, working for a Denver agent. He became the first employee of Stewart Title of Denver in 1977. Furthering the growth of the company, he moved to New England in 1985, opening offices in Maine and New Hampshire. In 1991, he returned to Denver and was named Colorado and Wyoming District Manager. Zimmerman also resumed his duties as President of Stewart Title of Denver.
He was appointed Associate Region F Manager in 1997, and was promoted to Region F Manager in 1999, overseeing the mountain states of Colorado, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming.
Zimmerman has a B.A. from Western Illinois University and is a Certified Title Insurance Specialist, granted by the Land Title Association of Colorado.
