Rand Stephens Managing Partner Rand recently joined Mohr Partners with over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry. During his career, he has provided clients with tenant representation, leasing, brokerage, development and acquisition services. His specialties include leasing, sales, development, investment property and project finance. A partial list of his clients include companies such as Apache Corporation, Wood Group, Colonial Oil, Schlumberger, APL Logistics, Caprock Communications, Pentagroup Financial, Western Container: Coca Cola and United Plastics Group.Prior to joining Mohr partners, he was with Studley as a Managing Director. He began his career with the IBM Corporation and later transitioned to the real estate industry with the Trammell Crow Company. After leaving Trammell Crow Company, Rand co-founded InSite Realty Partners, a commercial development firm, and Blackstone Partners, a boutique tenant representation brokerage firm, where he last served as Managing Partner before joining Studley.Rand has been involved in millions of square feet of client related transactions and has a diverse background that includes leasing, sales, development and investment transactions. His unique perspective as an owner/operator of real property combined with his experience as a broker makes him a valuable resource for his corporate clients. In 2002, Rand served as the President of the Houston Chapter of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is currently on the Board of the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA). Rand is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Dartmouth College. |
