Ran Gottfried 63 has been a director of Perrigo since February 2006. He is a consultant and director of private and public companies in Israel in the areas of retailing and distribution pharmaceuticals and telecommunications. He is also the Chairman and CEO of Powerpaper Ltd. a leading developer and manufacturer of micro-electrical cosmetic and pharmaceutical patches. Prior to that from January
2001 until December 2005 he served as Chairman of Magnolia Silver Jewelry Ltd. a company engaged in retail sales of silver jewelry. Mr. Gottfried also served as an advisor to Careline-Neca a consumer division of the Company’s Perrigo Israel subsidiary until March 31 2007 when his consulting ended. Mr. Gottfried was also a director of Agis Industries (1983) Ltd. one of Israel’s largest pharmaceutical companies from 2003 until its acquisition by Perrigo in March 2005. Mr. Gottfried is also a director of Bezeq Israel’s leading telecommunications provider. Mr. Gottfried resides in Israel.
