Ramesh N. Shah is our Chairman and was appointed to our board of directors in July 2005. Mr. Shah is based in New York. In addition to his role as Chairman of the Board he mentors our North American sales team and manages key external stakeholder relationships. He was also the interim chief executive officer of our BFSI business unit (excluding WNS Assistance) prior to Mr. Arjun Singh’s appointment as the chief executive officer of our BFSI business unit in November 2006. Prior to WNS he was the chief executive officer for the Retail Banking division at GreenPoint Bank and has held senior positions at American Express Shearson and Natwest. Mr. Shah received a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College. |
