Mr. Hargrow joined Molson Coors as Global Chief People Officer on November 30 2005. A seasoned HR executive with more than 30 years of experience Mr. Hargrow had his own HR consulting business working with large multi-national companies in the U.S. for a two-year period after serving as Vice-president Human Resources and then as Senior Vice President Administration Human Resources Research & Development and Quality at International Multifoods Corporation. From 1994 to 1998 he was Senior Vice President Human Resources & Administration at Rollerblade Inc. In the years preceding Rollerblade he held senior human resource management positions for Ryder System Business - Aviation division- Duquesne Light Company Ryder System Ltd Harah Inc. and Xerox Corporation. Mr. Hargrow graduated from Washington University with a B.A. in psychology.
