Ralph J. Saunders, Jr. is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the area of Workers' Compensation. Mr. Saunders joined Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. in 1994. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Saunders served as a Pittsburgh District Claims Manager for PMA, a commercial lines insurer with emphasis in workers' compensation. In addition, while at PMA, he also served as a Branch Litigation Supervisor and Claims Supervisor. At PMA, Mr. Saunders served as a primary technical resource for three claims offices, as well as serving on internal claim audit teams, directing complex claim litigation, supervising litigation results, performing various training programs, and engaging in the overall management of departmental efforts in claims handling and processing. Mr. Saunders is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association - Workers' Compensation Section and is a frequent lecturer on workers’ compensation topics. Mr. Saunders graduated from Duquesne University in 1972 with a B.S., cum laude, in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 1975. |
