Ralph Riccardi is president and chief operating officer of SourceMedical’s Therapy division. Prior to joining SourceMedical, Riccardi served as senior vice president of channel partner programs for WebMD where he was responsible for sales and management of more than 650 IT vendor relationships representing more than $150 million in recurring revenue. He also served as the president and CEO of Omega Health Systems, a $15 million boutique healthcare application development business with 600 hospital clients nationwide. Riccardi also oversaw the establishment of the hospital division of NDCHealth through the integration of six competitive clearinghouse businesses. His business career was preceded by a 21-year career in the United States Air Force Medical Service where he held numerous healthcare roles including director of contracting policy and operations for the Office of the Surgeon General, USAF. He holds a master’s of business administration from Mississippi State University, a bachelor’s degree in economics from Chapman University and is board certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives. |
