Ralph Goldwasser oversees all financial and general administrative functions for the company. He joined Unica in February 2006 and brings more than 20 years of financial management and strategic experience working for both public and private companies.
Goldwasser's background includes 14 years as a senior financial executive at BBN Inc., a NYSE listed internetworking company that provided comprehensive Internet services and related technologies. As senior vice president and CFO, he helped BBN Inc. grow its revenue to over $400 million. He also played a pivotal role in providing financial leadership for several of the company's start-up ventures including LightStream Corporation (acquired by Cisco Systems Inc.) and BBN Planet (later a NASDAQ listed company, Genuity). He also led the effort that resulted in the sale of BBN Inc. to GTE Corporation. Previously, he served as CFO at Avici Systems, Inc. and Adero Inc.
Goldwasser received an M.B.A from New York University and a B.E. in electrical engineering from City College of New York. He is also a certified public accountant. |
