Raleigh Moses is a Senior Proposal Manager with Suss Consulting. Mr. Moses has spent more than 30 years in the government communications and information technology industry, with strong experience in proposals and in the documentation of technical information and information management processes.

Since joining Suss Consulting, Mr. Moses has provided support on billions of dollars of winning proposals, including the winning proposal for the $3.2 Billion Managed Network Services (MNS) proposal to the U.S. Postal Service. Prior to joining Suss Consulting, Mr. Moses worked for GTE, where he served as a proposal manager, book boss, and writer on a number of winning GTE proposals. While with GTE, he was a part of several major winning proposals, including the Commercial Satellite Communication System (CSCI) contract, the Integrated Systems Control (ISYSCON) contract, the Defense Switched Network (DSN) Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contract, and the Government Emergency Telephone System (GETS) Integration contract. He was also a program manager for GTE's Defense Data Network (DDN) SETA contract.

Prior to his experience with GTE, Mr. Moses spent 23 years in the Navy. While in the Navy, Mr. Moses spent seven years with Defense Information System Agency (DISA) organizations, including managing DISA-Europe and serving as DISA Southeast Asia Mainland Plans Division staff action officer. He also served as the Navy's primary staff officer for communications in support of National and Navy command and control systems.
