With over 10 years of experience in Talent Supply Chain Management, Rajiv brings with him some of the best practices from across the globe to Summit HR. Rajiv heads the service delivery team of Summit’s India-based clients. He manages the operations, people and processes of Summit’s cross border division that provides RPO services to leading Indian companies. Rajiv has extensive experience in sourcing, recruitment and end-to-end RPO solutions and brings innovative methods to achieve operational efficiency. He has worked in leadership positions with global companies such as Mellon Financial Corporation where he was responsible for Manpower planning, Career Development and Skill Management. He developed a strategic recruitment plan encompassing methods, talent base, industries to provide long term guidance to Mellon India senior management and Pittsburgh strategic staffing Center of Excellence. Prior to Mellon Financial, Rajiv worked with Ma Foi where he was instrumental in signing up blue chip Indian corporate as clients. Rajiv started his career with Widecom Group Inc. Rajiv is a keen sportsman and holds the highest Award in NDA in swimming & football. He is a visiting faculty at Symbiosis, Pune. Rajiv is an alumnus of National Defense Academy and is a graduate in law from Symbiosis Law College. He holds a MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune, India.
