Dr. Singh is a co-founder of LCC International and has been a director since the company’s inception in 1983. Dr. Singh was the company’s president from its formation in 1983 until September 1994, was chief executive officer from January 1994 until January 1995 and was treasurer from January 1994 until January 1996. Dr. Singh was co-chairperson of the board of directors from January 1995 until September 1996 and was the chairperson of the board of directors, interim president and chief executive officer from October 1998 to May 1999. Since leaving his position as an officer with the company, Mr. Singh has concentrated on managing his investments and other assets. Dr. Singh is also the principal owner of Cherrywood Holdings, Inc., an investment company focusing on wireless service and technology. From 1994 to present, Dr. Singh has been co-chair of the members committee of Telcom Ventures, L.L.C., an investment firm specializing in wireless service providers and emerging wireless technologies, as well as RF Investors, L.L.C., an investment company in wireless service and technology. In addition, Dr. Singh established, developed and directed APPEX, Inc., a billing services firm sold to Electronic Data Systems in October 1990.
