Mr. Lorentzian is currently Chief Financial Officer. He is an experienced financial executive with solid financial, accounting and management skills. He is responsible for Corporate Finance, Accounting and Reporting and has been an active participant in all merger and acquisition activities since joining the Company in 1997. Mr. Lorentzian was Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer from June 2000 to May 2007, and Corporate Controller from 1997 to 2000.
Previously, Mr. Lorentzian served as Controller and Vice President Finance of Martin Lawrence Limited Editions, Inc. from 1986 to 1997. Prior to that, Mr. Lorentzian was Assistant Controller of the Cable TV division of Adams Russell, Co., Inc. Mr. Lorentzian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley College. |
