Rafael E. Cuellar, a Presidential Appointee to the Board, has been President and Chief Financial Officer of ECO & Sons, Inc. from 1996 to 2005. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of ShopRite Passaic in Clifton, New Jersey. Prior to that, he was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy for nine years.
