As Office Manager, Rachelle oversees much of the internal operations at Pivotal Resources. Her responsibilities include keeping the office in running order and ensuring that employees receive the support and resources needed to perform their jobs effectively.



Perhaps her most critical role, Rachelle is in charge of all accounting activities, which includes invoicing clients, bill processing, expense processing and overall cash flow management. Her accuracy and timeliness plays a huge part in keeping the processes flowing smoothly at Pivotal.



Also in charge of human resources, Rachelle works with new employees to make their integration into the company a smooth experience. As the company benefits liaison, she communicates to employees about all available benefits and consults with each individual about best possible options. Her efforts have a great impact on the motivation and moral of the entire Pivotal staff, which directly translates into the exceptional work we do for our clients
