Rachael L. Rodman concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of business litigation, employment law, and appellate advocacy. Prior to joining Chernesky, Heyman & Kress P.L.L., she served as a Judicial Staff Attorney for the Honorable William H. Wolff, Jr. of the Ohio Court of Appeals for the Second Appellate District.Ms. Rodman received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati in 1998 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2001. While at the College of Law, she served as Publications Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and was admitted to the Order of the Coif.Ms. Rodman is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and she has participated in arbitrations through the American Arbitration Association and the dispute resolution forum of the National Association of Securities Dealers. Her professional memberships include the Ohio State Bar Association, the Dayton Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute, including its Appellate Advocacy Committee. She has been named an Ohio Rising Star in Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine in 2005 and 2006. |
