Mr. R. D. Cash age 65 served as the Company's chief executive officer from May 1984 to May 2002 and as the Company's chairman of the board from May 1985 to May 2003. Mr. Cash has been a director of the Company since 1977 and also serves as a director of Zions Bancorporation National Fuel Gas Company Associated Electric and Gas Insurance Services Limited and Texas Tech Foundation Inc.
