Prashant Gupta brings to Syndera over 20 years of technology, management and business experience, demonstrating industry leadership as both a technologist and an entrepreneur. Prior to Syndera, Mr. Gupta founded Tivre, Inc. and served as president and CEO. Mr. Gupta was also Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at CrossWorlds Software, and was instrumental in CrossWorlds' successful growth to an $80 million publicly held company, which was acquired by IBM in January 2002. Mr. Gupta has also held lead technology positions at Informix Software and Sybase, Inc., and was Chief Engineer at GWDI. Mr. Gupta has been published in various technology and industry journals, and holds over 15 patents in networking, database, middleware and software performance technology. He serves as a trustee for the International School of Monterey and an advisor to several private venture and industry organizations. Mr. Gupta holds a Bachelor of Science, with Honors in Electronics & Computer Engineering, from BITS, Pilani, India.
