Pooya E. Sohi is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in San Francisco where he represents corporate clients and financial institutions in both state and federal court. His practice focuses on general and commercial litigation, including financial institutions litigation in the areas of contract disputes, corporate raiding, unfair competition, and creditors' rights.
Mr. Sohi earned his B.A. in Political Science at the University of California, Davis in 2001 and his J.D. at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2005.
Mr. Sohi is fluent in Farsi and proficient in Spanish.
