Austin is responsible for personnel management, benefits administration, and corporate meetings.
Austin came to Crawford from DS Waters of America, LP, where she most recently served as vice president of Human Resources. DS Waters produces and distributes bottled water products in the United States. Previous experience also includes vice president of Human Resources for Danone Waters of North America; director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS for Danone Waters of North America in Pasadena, Calif.; and first vice president of Human Resources for Great Western Financial Corporation in Chatsworth, Calif.
Phyllis holds a Masters of Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in Human Resources, from California State University at Long Beach and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California. She also earned her Human Resources Management professional designation from the University of California at Los Angeles. |
