Mr. Smith Tenure with Crosland:Since 2006 Professional Experience As Vice President of Crosland’s multi-family projects in Florida, Phillip is responsible for the development, design and construction of Crosland’s rental multi-family communities and works with the Apartments, Florida and Retail divisions to advance the company’s strategic plan for mixed and multiple-use developments. Phillip is responsible for site acquisition, feasibility studies, managing and retaining design professionals, obtaining project financing, gaining entitlements and regulatory approvals, as well as managing general contractor activities during project construction. Prior to joining Crosland, he was partner and senior vice president for a private venture where he identified, negotiated and developed residential projects in the northeast and southeast U.S. Before that he worked with JPI, Toll Brothers Inc. and Design Associates, Inc. |
