Phillip Sharp is responsible for all general construction services provided by Koll Development Company. His primary focus is currently on a 100,000 square foot office headquarters for Denbury Resources, as well as the 1.2 million square foot Campus at Legacy redevelopment. Prior to joining KDC, Phil was Vice President at Spring Valley Construction Company where he managed both shell and interior projects in most major industries including institutional, office, warehouse, retail, hospitality, and entertainment. Phil is also a registered Professional Structural Engineer.
