Phillip presently shares managerial duties with Bill Jackson and Ronald Reese with NorthMarq Capital. Phillip brings to NorthMarq over 26 years of Commercial Mortgage Banking experience. He started his career with Nowlin Mortgage where he spent 12 years in the origination of commercial real estate loans. In 1990 Phillip joined Wade Nowlin in forming Askew Nowlin Investment Company as president. Subsequently, he purchased Mr. Nowlin’s interests and the company became Askew Investment Company. In 1997 Askew Investment Company was sold to The Washington Mortgage Group where Phillip served as Managing Director. In August 2000, WMF Askew was divested and Askew/Reese Investment Company was formed where Phillip and Ronald Reese were the owners. Askew / Reese subsequently sold to NorthMarq in June 2001. Phillip graduated from Oklahoma State University with BBA Degree in Finance and received his Masters of Business Administration Degree from Southern Methodist University. |
