Phil Jones has over 35 years experience in all areas of employment litigation and management/labor relations, including union organizational attempts, collective bargaining issues, NLRB representation hearings, NLRB Unfair Labor Practice investigations and trials, labor arbitrations, and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements for employers. Mr. Jones has substantial experience representing employers on all types of employment related issues in litigation or before state and federal agencies, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, OFCCP, affirmative action and compliance, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, and employment contracts. Listed in The Best Lawyers in America and in Texas Super Lawyers for several years, he led the Firm’s team that secured a landmark ruling in employment tort claims in Zeltwanger v.
