Phillip J. Riese is president of RIESE & OTHERS, which provides consultative and advisory services to corporations of all sizes. Phillip retired from American Express in 1998 where he served as President of the Consumer Card Group, leading and turning around American Express core business. Since that time he has been active in advising management in a variety of companies, with an emphasis on developing and executing revenue growth strategies. Prior to American Express, he was a Division Executive at Chase Bank, and a Partner in the consulting firm of M.C. Geffen & Associates in Capetown, South Africa. Phillip earned a joint engineering and economics degree from Leeds University in England. He has an MBA from the University of Cape Town in South Africa, and a Masters Degree in Management from MIT. |
