Mr. Raptis has served as Secretary and General Counsel since January of 2001. In addition to acting as Corporate Secretary, his duties include providing legal guidance to business executives on a wide range of issues, with an emphasis on transactional and contractual matters, managing dispute resolution, monitoring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and risk management. Before joining Optimos, Mr. Raptis was corporate counsel for IonIdea in Fairfax, VA and Planmatics, Inc. in Bethesda, MD. Mr. Raptis holds a B.A. and a J.D. from West Virginia University, and has been a member of the Virginia State Bar since October of 1995. |
