Mr. Newcomb is an internationally recognized expert in the application of artificial intelligence and formal methods of software engineering. He has published numerous papers and articles in technical journals and is a frequent presenter to national and international forums in his field. He has graduate work and degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Washington, Ball State University and Indiana University. Over the course of 23 years he has done groundbreaking research in the applications of artificial intelligence, software engineering, automatic programming and formal methods technology for industrial software problems. Mr. Newcomb formulated the conceptual product framework and led a team of computer scientists to develop the software transformation technology and products offered by TSRI. |
