Philip Herzberg is a Financial Consultant within Ladenburg Thalmann’s Private Client Services division. He specializes in portfolio construction, asset allocation, security selection, as well as wealth, retirement, and education planning. He holds licenses as a General Securities Representative, a Uniform Securities States Agent, and a Uniform Investment Advisor and is registered in the majority of states throughout the country. In addition, Philip is registered as a state of Florida life, heath, and variable annuity insurance agent. Philip considers helping clients achieve their financial goals to be an honor and a privilege. He listens to their concerns and helps them make investment decisions that are geared toward long-term growth and protection of their assets. Dedicated to meeting the needs of all his clients, Philip leads them through an extensive profiling process in order to implement customized investment plans to attain financial security. Philip was raised in Miami and currently resides in Aventura, FL. He graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Speech with honors. Philip also holds a Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University with a graduate certificate in Investments.
