A leader in the Firm’s energy, litigation, creditors rights and bankruptcy groups, Philip Eisenberg represents oil and gas and energy-related companies both domestically and internationally in high profile matters involving all aspects of offshore matters, insurance coverage, commercial dealings and in regulatory agency work. Mr. Eisenberg relies on his many years of experience in the energy industry at ChevronTexaco, where he served in various capacities including senior counsel.
