Philip Cushmaro is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse First Boston and CIO of Information Technology, based in New York. He is a member of CSFB’s Management Council.Mr. Cushmaro joined the Firm in 1994 as Head of U.S. Equity Technology, and in 1997 he was named the Global Head of Equity Technology. He was nominated as Global Head of Securities IT in December 2001. In 2002, he assumed the role of Co-CIO with responsibility for Global Application Development.Prior to joining CSFB, Mr. Cushmaro was with Lehman Brothers from 1990 to 1994 where he was Vice President in the equity technology group. Prior to this, he was with Shearson Corp, Concurrent Computer Corp, SONY America and Aqua Products. Mr. Cushmaro is very active in the technology industry and is currently on the Research board.Mr. Cushmaro received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickenson University. |
