As Founder and CEO of MIMI (Investment Management Company), Phillip successfully coordinated their initial public offering. In his earlier position as CFO, he managed all registrations and SEC filings including 10Q’s, 10K’s, annual reports and directed mergers and acquisitions. He had direct responsibility for the seven mutual funds MIMI managed, and the broker dealer, including syndication, and all reporting.
