Mr. Panzera assumed the role of President of the company's California subsidiaries, Pemco Engineers, Inc. and Space Vector Corporation in 2002. Mr. Panzera’s career has been specialized in manufacturing, and he has held various positions as President, Chief Operating Officer or Chief Financial Officer in both privately-held and two NASDAQ-listed companies. Mr. Panzera has previously served with the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), and has also worked as a corporate attorney. Mr. Panzera holds a B.A. from Methodist College, an M.B.A. from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management and a J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law. He is also a CFM (Certified Financial Manager) and a CMA (Certified Management Accountant). |
