Phil analyzes operational opportunities from strategic and financial perspectives. He offers guidance in financial reporting systems, business integration and consolidation, forecasting and financial due diligence. Professional Experience As Managing Director of Maxwell Advisors, Phil was involved in financial restructuring, strategic planning, cash management, interim financial management, and related corporate/financial organizational issues. Clients included real estate ventures, manufacturing companies, motor vehicle dealers, transportation services, and professional services firms. While serving as Vice President of Finance and Administration for the Central Division of Lason, Inc., Phil established accounting and financial controls over the largest operating region of the company. The Central Division was a $165 million business unit whose customers were Fortune 100 companies. Phil led the financial modeling and due diligence process in the sale of an $8 million output business operation. As CFO, VP of Finance and Treasurer of Data Systems Network Corporation, Phil coordinated and structured the acquisition of three businesses, raised more than $7 million of working capital and led the redemption of warrants originally made available with the Companys IPO. Phils career began at Haskins & Sells (currently Deloitte & Touche LLP). He was a partner for 12 years, providing accounting, auditing, and advisory services to manufacturing, retail and distribution, and service companies. |
