Mr. Schneider is an employment lawyer representing employers and executives. He provides experienced advice to employers seeking to avoid employment claims or devise creative solutions to employment disputes instead of litigation. He advises executives in employment matters and also practices traditional labor law representing management in union matters and before government agencies.
Mr. Schneider is an advocate of mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution and is a graduate of the Harvard Mediation Workshop Program.

o Facilitated the sale of the company by persuading multiple parties to mediate discrimination and other employment claims in a single forum.
o Negotiated an innovative revision to a non-competition agreement that enabled the president of a high tech start-up to continue to lead the company.
o Served as advisor and settlement counsel to client on religious discrimination and defamation claims being defended by insurance companies' counsel under liability and employment risks policies.
